    itDial (was itTAPI) for ACT enables users to dial calls automatically and to present a caller's contact details when the phone rings. Once installed, itDial for ACT becomes an integral part of ACT! and enables users to dial directly from within ACT! using a variety of methods, and to present calling party contact details when the phone is ringing.  Add Skype services and make use of its various benefits.

      Contacts

    itDial searches not only the phone but any other telephone number associated with that record (Mobile, Alternate or CustomPhone Fields, Secondary Contacts) as well as all numbers listed under the Home Adress Tab. This process is entirely automatic -- which means that it doesn't matter whether your contact is calling from their business office, their mobile phone or even their home office. If you have their number listed on the ACT! record, itDial for ACT! will present the information you require.

      Fully Automated Caller ID

    All phone numbers contained in the database (also custom ones) are displayed. Fax and modem numbers can be suppressed.
    itDial finds and displays all telephone numbers associated with the respective contact such as mobile phone numbers, alternate and/or contact specific numbers including home phone numbers as entered.  The only requirement is that the numbers were entered into the database.  Once entered into ACT!, itDial will display the number as soon as the phone rings.

      Displaying Contact information

    Choose up to three fields from within ACT! that you would like to have displayed prior to accepting the call. itDial enables you to see all information entered for this Contact to include History and Notes allowing you to be prepared for the caller.
    If your Caller is not listed as a Contact in ACT!, itDial provides a pop-up window that allows the user to make the necessary entries.  The caller's number is entered automatically.  All the user need to do is to update and save the information as a Contact, Company or add the caller to a Group.

    Open Tasks

    All telephone appointments for the current day or selected period and a choice of Users are displayed and can be dealt with in turn. The tasks can then automatically be designated as accomplished. 
    Use Scheduled Call Lists to clear the Activities after each call. This makes it almost effortless to maintain your database for both Scheduled Calls and Activities.

    Users may view all contact information provided it has been kept up-to-date. As a result Users can see who spoke with whom about what and which tasks have been scheduled. Generate call lists to keep up with calls made and calls accepted.
