Carrier Information

BES or BIS/WAP
Handheld Contact will work with users running via a Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) running Mobile Data Services (MDS) - this is typical for users running Microsoft Exchange Novell GroupWise or Lotus Notes. It should work with any carrier supporting Blackberry.

It will also work for those users running the Prosumer or BIS model. This requires carrier specific network settings.

HHC Requirements
Handheld Contact is currently compatible with ACT! 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 and 9.0. Standard, Workgroups and Web. ACT! 7.0 or later required to support HHC 2.0
BlackBerry OS 4.0 required for Over The Air installs
Mobile Windows 5 or 6
